Osun State lawmaker who was caught on a video bathing in public for ritual purpose last years is now the Osun State speaker of the house.
According to Nigerians who share the picture of the lawmakers on their Facebook page said “Lawmaker Honourable Timothy Owoeye caught on video bathing naked for rituals in public last year, is now the speaker of Osun State House of Assembly.”
