Kogi state exempted as Buhari released first list of new cabinet members

Kogi state is among the state, that president Muhammad Buhari excluded from the first list of it cabinet members.

8. Ogbonaya Onu (Ebonyi) :- Science and Technology

9. Abubakar Malami (Kebbi) :- Justice
