Former Reps. Aspirant for Lokoja/Kogi Kotonkarfe federal constituency now a leading APC gubernatorial aspirant for Kogi State, Engr. Abubakar Bashir Gegu says he has the wherewithal to lead the good people of Kogi State, considering his experienced and exposure.
Bashir speaking at the APC National Secretariat today being 11/07/2019 while answering questions from journalists saying contrary to insinuation making the round that his aspiration has backing of Gov Yahaya Bello.
In a quick reaction, the gubernatorial aspirant said he was a former reps. Aspirant on two occasions and no body has ever sponsored him and why now and the unnecessary arguments.
According to him, in politics people will always talks good or bad about someone but the most importantly one must be determine, focus and be ready to surmount challenges.
Bashir is among others 59 APC gubernatorial aspirants who storm Abuja to press home their demand for indirect primaries.
Recalled, APC has scheduled its primaries to August 29/08/2019
Bashir hails from zone C Kogi LGA of the State.
