Ozi Egbura who specialized in kidnapping within Igu, Kotonkarfe local government area of Kogi State Arrested.
According to his confession, they are three in numbers planing to kidnapped one man identified as Yusuf (Isu) Ohikura in Kotonkarfe before he was arrested.
He also confess that they are the one responsible for the kidnapping of Achabo chief.
