The member representing Lokoja/Kogi Koton-Karfe Federal Constituency, Hon. Abdulkarim Usman Isah Wambai has commiserated with the Maigari of Lokoja over the death of the Chief Imam of Lokoja, Sheikh Muhammadu Jimada Shafiyi.
In a condolence message, Hon. Wambai described the late Imam as man of vast knowledge whose contributions to Islam could not be easily forgotten but stressing that death is definitely an inevitable end.
He maintained the late Imam was a peaceful man whose disposition and quest for peaceful coexistence amongst the people would be greatly missed not only by his immediate family, community, Lokoja, Kogi State but Nigeria at large.
He equally used the medium to commiserate with the former Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Umar Ahmed Imam and the entire family.
He prayed Allah forgives his shortcomings and admit him into aljanatul firdaus.
He also prayed Allah grant the deceased family the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable lloss.
