Osinbajo to sue Timi Frank, offers to waive own immunity

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo says he is ready to waive his right to immunity from investigation in order clear his name of certain accusations.

The Senior Advocate of Nigeria said the situation became necessary because of what he described as “defamatory and misleading assertions” by some people about his person.

The VP specifically named a former deputy national publicity secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Timi Frank; and another person, Katch Ononuju, described online as “economist and public affairs analyst,” as two persons who had put their names to the assertions.
