Yesterday, I was with His Excellency, Governor Yahaya Bello at Irepeni in Adavi Local Government Area when he suspended all his campaigns activities to partake in official launch of “Ayem Akpatuma II”, an initiative of the Nigerian Army to completely get rid of criminal elements in the country.
The ever vibrant Governor has never hidden his disdain for criminality since assumption of power in 2016, a giant stride which even the oppositions commended him for aside several awards from reputable organizations for making the Confluence State habitable.
You would recall that penultimate 2016, the evil business of kidnapping and banditry became very lucrative such that broad day bank robbery was the order of the day.
The Governor changed the negative tides by heavily investing in security architecture which resulted in procurement of several security patrol vans/vehicles for all security agencies in the state.
In view of this, it is imperative for us to support the consolidation of this achievements and many more others in various sectors of the state economy. We can all attest to the fact that assured security has made us to embark on our economic activities unmolested in the past four years.
My people, rise in support of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Governor Yahaya Bello and his Deputy, Chief Edward Onoja for them to do more!
