Appeal Court has strike out review request by APC on the judgment between Hon. Abdukarim Isah wambai the embattled Lawmakers, House of Representative member representing kogi Lokoja/Kontonkarfe constituency and Shaba Ibrahim’s of PDP.
Recall that wambai was thrown out of the office by the Appeal court on 25th of October 2019, and Shaba Ibrahim’s of PDP was declared the authentic winner of the elections, after wamabi of APC secure victory at the supreme court.
His failure at appeal court living him and other APC wondering, of which they seek for the review of the appeal court judgment.
The Appeal court had this morning strike out the review, and uphold the earlier judgment.
Which Shaba Ibrahim’s was declared the winner.
