President Muhammad Buhari has earlier today presented an award to Mr. Bashir Abubakar, a controllers general of Nigeria custom, who rejects $412,000 offer per container, brought into Nigeria with contraband goods.
Buhari said, “It was also my privilege to present an Integrity Award to Bashir Abubakar, an Assistant Comptroller-General of Customs, who rejected a bribe of $412,000 per container offered him by drug traffickers seeking to bring 40 containers of Tramadol into Nigeria.
