It is on history that Ezi UKA of UKA clan (Ezuka Asema to precise) were the clan those wholeheartedly welcomed and accommodate Ezi-Onogu when they migrated from Eganyi.
Apart from inter marital affairs that ensued between that the clan, Ezi Uka (Asema) gave out part of their land to Ezi Onogu out of love and good behaviour Ezi-Onogu was exhibiting.
The two clan and among other clan in Adavi were living peacefully.
It was a peaceful atmosphere that transpire between two clan that enables
some of Ezuka sons to be a club member in Avokuta (a masquerade from Ezi onogu clan) despite the fact that Okevere who came from Ezi Uka are his rival.
The issue at hand is the Chairmanship tussle. Ezi UKA were of the opinion that Ezi-Onogu are a stranger, saying that Ezi-Onogu can’t not be a chairman of Adavi Local Government.
Luckily enough, GYB became a governor of the state, a minority clan from Okene. (Ehebe clan) and as God do his things GYB appoint Hon Rusty (a son from Ezi-Onogu) as administrator of Adavi LGA against all odd.
Now, the problem at hand is that Hon Rusty is aspiring to be elected as Adavi LGA chairman. And Ezi UKA clan said its imposible saying that according to rotational formula drawn, is there turn to be a chairman of Adavi.
Finally, I want his Excellency Alh Yahaya Adaoza Bello the 5th governor elect of our dear state to intervene and settle the issue amicably.
