The federal high court sitting in Kano has dismissed a bribery case filed against Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State.
Recalled that a Kano base Lawyer, Bulama Burkati filed a suit, which he demand the court to urge the Economic and Financial Crimes commission (EFCC) to investigate, the alleged money Ganduje was caught in video collecting from a contractors.
The federal high court sitting in Kano has this morning dismissed the case filed against Ganduje for allegedly receiving a kickback money from a contractor.
