At the direction of the President, the U.S. military has taken decisive and defensive actions to protect U.S. personnel abroad by killing Qasem Soleimani, the head of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps-Quds Force, a US-designated Foreign Terrorist Organization.
Qassem Suleimani, who was an arch terrorist with American and Israeli blood on his hands, was eliminated in a U.S. strike in Baghdad following an attack on the US embassy in the country.
Meanwhile, Israeli military is now on high alert following the assassination of Qasem Soleimani and other high ranking Iraqi al-Quds officials in Iraq.
