Baba Ayo Adebanjo has said that President Muhammad Buhari is silently leading Nigerian into another civil war.
Adebanjo said this while reacting to Malami Statement on the establishment of Amotekun security out fit by the South West Governors, to fight kidnapping, Fulani’s herdsmen attack and other related crimes is the south West region.
AGF Malami has said that setting up the securities outfit is illegal.
His statement, has witnesses condemnation all over Nigeria and beyond.
While Reacting to the statement, Adebanjo said
“War is evil but but Buhari is begging for it. If care is not taken a tiny and seemingly inconsequential spark may ignite the greatest conflagration and most barbaric and savage civil war that Africa has ever seen.”
Also Professor Wole Soyinka has reacted to Malami Statement, Soyinka said, they should go to sleep, that Amotekun has come to stay.
