APC National Chairman, Adam Aliyu Oshiomhole risks 6 months jail term

The National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Adam Aliyu Oshiomhole risk 6 month Jailed term as High Court in Calabar orders substituted service of contempt charges on him.

” Justice Ayade of the Cross River State High Court has granted an order for substituted service of contempt charges against the embattled National Chairman of the APC, Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole. A copy of the said order was published on page 31 of the Nation Newspaper of 22 January, 2020. Adams Oshiomhole risks a 6 months jail term, if he fails to show cause why he should not be committed to prison for disobeying the orders of the Court in respect of the authentic APC party Executives in Cross River State and matters arising from the party primaries in the State, which took place last year.”
