Why I promote Mrs Obiagellli Mazi to Assistant Headmistress even though she is not a graduate – Prof Babagana Zulum

Borno State governor, Professor Babagana Zulum give reason he promote Mrs Obiagelli to Assistant headmistresses despite she is not a graduate.

The Governor said in Statement that he approved the promotion of Obiagelli Mazi because of commitment.

According to him, “31 years teaching experience and commitment has earned her the promotion “

“I have approved the promotion of Mrs. Obiagelli Mazi to the rank of Assistant Headmistress, even though she was not a graduate, her 31 years teaching experience and commitment have earned her the promotion.” Professor Babagana Zulum said
