Breaking: Court Suspend Oshiomhole as APC national Chairman

The Federal high court sitting in Abuja today suspended Adam Aliyu Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC).

The ordered of the suspension come following a petition by the Edo State Government, demand that Oshiomhole should be suspended as the National chairman of APC, following his suspension in Edo State, as member of APC by Governor Godwin Obaseki.

Delivering the judgment, Justice Danladi Senchi of the FCT Federal high court Jabi in Abuja, said the suspension come with immediate effect, pending the hearing of the substantive suit.

The court also order that APC should not allowed Oshiomohle to been seen in any of the party Secretariat, or participate in any of the party meetings.

They also order Oshiomhole to stop parading himself as the party national chairman.
