No fewer than 20 cows belong to Fulani’s herdsmen allegedly collapsed and died in Lokoja Kogi State State Capital.
Source who disclosed the report, while sounding a note of warning to the people living in Lokoja, said that the incident happen at Kogi State Polytechnic field on Friday 10th of April 2020.
According to him, the death cow will be taken to the mark for sales.
He said “this information is for. Lokoja people.dont buy cow meat for now or you can buy only from your trusted meat sellers.
“Above are cows that died mysteriously inside poly today.
Please let avoid beef for now it may be sold in the market from tomorrow. God will continue to protect us all.
20 cows collapsed and died in Kogi state polytechnics field Lokoja this afternoon, the cause of their death was suspected to be poisoned food i.e. herbicides, I put a call through to a staff of the institution who confirmed the story.

It’s very likely that the dead cows will be taken to the markets here in Lokoja for sale to the public from today, therefore i’ll warn that we don’t buy meat from the market from this evening 9th April 2020 to Sunday 12th April 2020, however you are advised to buy your meat directly from the abattoir to be sure of the meat.
