The PDP caucus in Zamfara state kicks against commisioner for his comments against Buhari

Criticises his comments against the President.

The Peoples Democratic Party in Zamfara state on Tuesday condemned comments related to the commissioner for rural development and cooperatives in the state,Alhaji Abubakar Abdullahi.

 

He was quoted to have thrown some comments to the President,Muhammadu Buhari over his alleged improper management of security matters in the state.

In an interview which he granted to a national daily, the honourable commissioner was quoted as saying “Banditry has killed more than 3,000 people in Zamfara state alone,yet the Federal Government pays more Attention to Covid-19 that has killed less than 200 nationwide” end of quote.

From his perspective the PDP Secretary of the state,Alhaji Hashimu Modomawa said,”The commissioner is a member of the APC and part of Governor Matawalle’s cabinet due to the all-inclusive nature of the government as initiated by the government to cater for all political opinion.

“The privilege should not be abused rather should not be abused rather should be seen as an avenue to bring peace and developments in the state.”

“Such utterances by the commissioner are capable of undermining the objective of the all-inclusive government and set the state and Federal government on a collision course”‏
