Well, it wasn’t long ago when it was almost certain that Brazilian,Willian will leave Chelsea at the start of July but he was granted to the opportunity to finish the season which after that anything could happen either he decides to leave or stay.
Chelsea has this rule of handing just one year contract to any player that is above 30 a rule that has been invoke at Stamford Bridge since 2011, that didn’t go well with Willian who wanted a three year contract not One year the Chelsea hierarchs were handing him. It was said that Willian ,if he wanted to leave Chelsea would still want to stay in London preferably another big club in London. But with his recent good forms Frank Lampard won’t want to let him leave for another rival.
He has already scored 10 goals for Chelsea this season just 3 shy of equalling his best goal scoring season of 13 goals..
He is currently one of Chelsea’s best men on the pitch now and with the arrivals of Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech keeping Willian would look alot better for The Blues.
