Chelsea welcome Norwich on relegated Euro battle

Chelsea is looking forward to bouncing back from their loss on Saturday at Sheffield United, as they are set to welcome Norwich City to Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night.

Norwich city is already relegated.

While Norwich’s relegation was confirmed on Saturday when they suffered a 4-0 defeat at home to West Ham United, the Blues lost 3-0 to Chris Wilder’s side at Bramall Lane.

With Chelsea, Leicester City and Manchester United slugging it out for the two spots behind Liverpool and Manchester City, the race for the top four in the Premier League is threatening to go haywire.

The blues are currently third on the chart, but their loss on Saturday to the Blades mean that Leicester and Man United will both have the chance to go above them when they play their respective matches on Sunday and Monday.

A poor result against Norwich might leave them vulnerable to the teams behind them.

They might fancy their chances of picking up a positive result, though, having won each of their last four Premier League games at Stamford Bridge, including winning over Manchester City and Watford since returning to the field following the league’s postponement.
