Edo State Commissioner for Environment resign

Hon. Dame Omoua Oni-Okpaku, the Commissioner for Environment Edo State has on Friday resigned her appointment

She is yet to disclosed the reason of her resignition as Environment Commissioner

It was gathered that her resignation is coming ahead of the forthcoming September 19 Edo Governorship election.

Oni-Okpaku was said to have been threatened to decamp to the PDP or be fired, a threat that reportedly prompted her resignation.

In the past few days several appointees of Governor Obaseki left his government since he dump the APC to PDP.
