The leader of the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu has reacted to the claimed that he has abandoned members of IPOB in Ahoada Prison.
Kanu said in statement made available via his official pages, that they never abandoned them.
He said “Confirmation that we never abandon our own.
Our brother called this morning during the LIVE Q&A session to report that our brothers were abandoned in Ahoada Prisons. The following documents is proof that our lawyers are following the matter and we have referred the matter to court.”
He further disclose with court files that they on top the situation, assure that all detainee in the Prison will be released soon.
He said “They will be released shortly. We are on top of the matter as we are with all those who are detained.
We never abandon our own! IPOB is more than a movement, it is a FAMILY.”
