SHUN ANY #EndSARS Protest; Stay Clear From Nasarawa State” YAN TO #ENDSARS Protesters

Following the lingering protest on #ENDSARS by the Anti – SARS and the Pro – SARS despite Presidential genuine approach; the state Leadership of Youths Assembly of Nigeria noticed with dismay a planned #EndSARS prostest by some elements in support and or against in Lafia, the capital city of Nasarawa State

The Assembly described the action as uncalled for and urged its members at all level to shun the purported #EndSARS protest and encourage no one to partake as the protests either for and or against is not justifiable in the case of our state. Nasarawa State never experienced any genuine incidence of SARS brutality as claimed by others.

As law-abiding and one of the most viable Youths Organizations in the state, YAN warned those planning to extend the uncoordinated and political motivated

EndSARS protest to our state not to truncate the relatively peace we are enjoying now and jeopardize the efforts of the Government for restoring peace and stability in all parts of the state, we therefore called on the protesters and their sponsors to have a rethink as the peace-loving Youths of Nasarawa State will not accept anything that might result to the breaking of law and order, lost of life or destruction of properties as the case in other states.

While assuring our resolve to ensure none of our member involve in the So-called planned #EndSARS protest, we equally call on the security agencies in the state to do everything possible to halt the protest to protect the lives and properties of citizenry.
