The statement made by ASSU chairman that students should go and acquire skills during the indefinite strike,went viral and left Nigerians wondering what future the country holds for educationist and graduates.
But considering the fact that the strike is on and the body is still on consideration if to call it off or not, leaves Nigeria students with no option than to learn and acquire good skills.
Mind you,the government are with plans to grant loans to serious minded persons to embark on lucrative businesses.
The idea of learning a trade or skill is of paramount importance then.as it will help individuals to be independents .
There is no harm getribg income from your work and your skill,that can make one a boss.
We dont pray for the academic body to continue with the strike,but we have to make good use of the time and opportunity.
