In every organization, institution or office, there is usually a need for periodic assessment of performance and the performance of a Representative is measured by what he attains in his task in governance.

Good governance is a subset, wherein resources and problems are managed effectively, efficiently in response to critical needs of the society or the constituents.

In the light of this above, Hon Idris Ndako has put so many things in place for his people in the last Five years in office as Member representing lokoja II constituency at kogi state House of Assembly. His policy thrust, with Special Programmes & Projects, like Infrastructural, Human capital development, Empowerment of the women and the youths, Health care interventions, Educational development just to mention but few, but all captioned, in his Five years achievements in office despite the myriad of challenges has made marks in the following areas:

INFRASTRUCTURAL DEVELOPMENT AND RURAL ELECTRIFICATION.
*Grading of Oworo Estate to the Back of NNPC Road Felele
*Opening up of Okpaka -Jamata Road to ease transportation of farm produce to the market by the rural dwellers.
*provisions of Transformers to some communities across his constituency.
*Step -down of Electricity to some communities along Lokoja -Abuja Express way
*Renovations and construction of Boreholes to some communities in this constituency.
*Provisions of Open well water to some communities across his constituency.
*presentation of check worth #500,000 to Ganagana community in karara to support in stepping down electricity in their areas.
*Presentation of Five hundred thousand naira cash to Owara community.

EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
*Construction of Two blocks of Classrooms with an office at UBE Jss Felele.
*Construction of Two Blocks of Classroom with an Office at LGEA primary school Jamata
*Disbursement of Bursary worth 1.2million naira to some primary school pupils across the constituency.
*Provisions of Desk and chairs to some primary schools across his constituency.
*purchased of JAMB forms worth of millions of Naira to students across his constituency.
*Annual payment of external Exams fees such as WAEC and NECO to students across his constituency.
*Distribution of Exercise Books to Students and primary school Pupils across the constituency.

EMPOWERMENT OF THE YOUTHS AND WOMEN.
As part of his quest to improve the standard of living of his Constituents, Hon Idris Ndako empowered both Youths and women within and outside his constituency. The following are his achievements.
*Distribution of sewing machine and Coolers to women across his constituency. These items worth Millions of Naira.
*Distribution of over Five thousand Rappers to women across his constituency.
*Presentation of Bundles of Zink worth Five hundred thousand Naira (500,000) to some communities.
*Distributions of Over 100 Motor Cycle worth 10million naira to the Youths in his constituency. This will help to reduce unemployment and crime rates in his constituency.
*Distribution of chemicals and Spraying machines to farmers to some communities. This gesture was done within and outside his constituency.
*Presentation of cheque worth millions of Naira to Eggan community.

SPORTS DEVELOPMENT.
*Hon Idris Ndako donated Sports equipments worths millions of Naira to the Youths across his constituency.
*As a lover of sports, he organised various sports competition with trophies to unite the youths across his constituency.

HUMANITARIAN SERVICES.
As part of measure of reducing hunger in the land and to assist the less privileged, Hon Idris Ndako has developed a synergy by reaching out to his constituents during the festive period by distributing Food items to his people both the Muslims and Christians.
His achievements on this are :

*Provisions of Food items worth Millions of naira to his constituents as each festive period.

*During the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic, Hon Idris Ndako distributed food items worth 5million as palliative to cushion the effects of hunger during the lockdown.
*In his magnanimity, Hon Idris Ndako also Donated cash to the victims of fire disaster which Occurred few months ago at felele community.
*In his capacity as Deputy majority leader,
Hon Idris Ndako appointed over 35 aides. These Aides were placed on a monthly stipend to reduce unemployment in his constituency.

Conclusively, we are not celebrating him yet but there is need to showcase all the good work he has been doing and to encourage him to do more before the end of his tenure. We also applauds the good people Lokoja II constituency for their supports given to him so far. Hon Idris Ndako is a man who always fulfilled his campaign promises. He will continue to do his good work in order to bring development and impact positively on the lives of his people.
