Feminism and The Misleading Misnomer

Feminism

The entire idea of feminism seem to have erupted its supposed meaning due to it’s misinterpretation and misrepresentation across all social class most especially in Nigeria.

A review of this subject exposes the negative impact as well as the silent damages the entire feminism ideology has created and still creating between the male and female folks which for sure has a lasting negative effect to our race and the purpose of creation.

Let me state unequivocally here that Feminism to the best of my knowledge should not be systematically defined as a competition between the male and the female folks, most especially in marriages. Most relationship in today’s Nigeria have continued to suffer setbacks because women (mostly the married) in a record number seem to have been brainwashed by some elements who are frustrated and paranoid as a result of their failed adventures with their relationship.

A handful of most Nigerian women have embraced feminism as competition between them and their husbands. This has led to so much of disrespects and abuse leading to most domestic violence even fatalities. I do think women should rather see their challenge in the likes of the Alakijas, the Onyekas, the Ezekwesilis, the Beyoncés, the Ibukuns, Osaretins, Awosikas to mention but a few. Men (husbands) should not be your competition. This entire idea of challenging the man most especially husbands by their wives falls nothing short of satanism and it is the trigger of violence in most marriages today.

Sadly what the so-called touted feminism teaches today is hate, anger, weakness, revenge, and bitterness. Feminism teaches women to be psychologically oppressed playing the victim. It removes values and ethical norms from our society. Feminism have instituted a sharp divide between husbands and wives peddled mostly by women who are unmarried and those with broken relationships.

Feminism should rather be seen as giving everyone equal opportunity to explore their potentials regardless of their sexual orientation, physicality, racial backgrounds, religious beliefs, tribe, political inclinations, ethnic alignment and its associated bias.
