DCP Abba Kyari is from Borno State. For over 20years, his state, village and home town is under full occupation of misled brothers cum bandits.. they have not sent him there as per super cop and joker of the police.. they have not sent him to rescue all the kids “moved” around at his father’s backyard in trays like they are hawked..
