Ikot Ataku was in the news for the wrong reasons once again this afternoon, as a clergyman killed his beloved wife in cold blood.
The suspect, Pastor U K Enoch, who hails from Abia State is the Founder and General Overseer of Omega World Global Ministries, Ikot Ataku.
Investigation carried out by our roving reporter revealed that the self acclaimed man of God, secretly sent his heart throb to the great beyond about two weeks ago, and quickly buried her in a shallow grave inside his rented church apartment.
Luck however ran out of him, when his little children became curious and raised an alarm to neighbours, after waiting in vain for the mother to come back from a supposed journey.
When some of the neighbours smelt a rat, they had to inform the ebullient Okon Youth President, Comrade Effiong Johnson who immediately swung into action, conducted a search party , and discovered to their chagrin,this dastardly act , performed by one of the fathers in the Lord
As at the time of going to the press, the embattled pastor is now cooling his feet at the police cell in Uqua, awaiting further investigation and prosecution
