Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State has commissioned a multi-millionare borehole in the state.
The photos from the ceremony could be observed that the borehole didn’t have water on the floor, as an evidence to show that they have meet water before final decoration.
An activist, Harrison Mbamara shared photos from the commissioning ceremony which had in attendance former governor of the state Senator Gabriel Suswam and other dignitaries.
