A Nigerian soldier identify as Adeoye Oluwole has been accused of allegedly beating a 22 years old boy to death for slapping his daughter during a quarrel that took place at church in ijebu Ode in Ogun State.
Naijablog gathered that the deceased identify as Hope Tava Anthony allegedly confronted the Soldier daughter Identify as Adeoye Precious on Friday 25th of August 2021 for insulting their Reverend father.
The confrontation didn’t go down well with Precious, she then rain insult on Anthony and his father, the insult raise anger in Anthony which led him to slap Precious.
According to the source, after that, the matter was settled in Church, but Precious went ahead to tell his father in Barracks, which he come pick up Anthony to Ilese Sappers Barracks where he beat him mercilessly.
According to the source, it was people around the barrack that beg for him to be free, he was later free by precious father after severe beating.
But after getting home he refused to let his mother knows of what happened to him, probably fear of not letting his mother fall sick.
He had complained of headache and body pain and said he needed some rest he went to bed on Friday night and never wake up, he was taken to hospital yesterday where doctors confirmed that he died of internal bleeding.
Anthony the only son of his mother who is a widow, she’s devastated right now and don’t know what to do.
