Can anyone tell us the nutritional value of cow Skin, popularly known as Kpomon.
Kpomon is one of the best African delicacy.
It often obtain from Cow Skin.
But sometimes, Ram and Sheep skin are also process as Kpomon.
Many people has Claim that Kpomon didn’t have any nutritional value.
