President Muhammadu Buhari has launches e-Naira at state house in Abuja.
The notes was launch on October 25, 2021.
Recall that Central Bank of Nigeria, had earlier promise to launch online digital currency, call e-Naira.
According to the Apex bank, the online digital currency is the same as Cash.

CBN said “eNaira is a Central Bank of Nigeria-issued digital currency that provides a unique form of money denominated in Naira.
“eNaira serves as both a medium of exchange and a store of value, offering better payment prospects in retail transactions when compared to cash payments.”
