The Maiduguri Zonal Command of the EFCC, on Monday, November 1, 2021 arraigned one Asabe Lazarus Dibal before Justice Aisha Kumaliya of the Borno State High Court, sitting in Maiduguri on one count charge bordering on criminal misappropriation to the tune of N15, 000,000.00 (Fifteen Million Naira).
The defendant is alleged to have converted the said sum meant for payment to the complainant who was defrauded by the defendant’s son, Nehemiah.
