Arise and Shine School Teacher who allegedly flogged 1 year old Boy to death has been released from Police detention.
Human Rights Activist, Harrison Gwamnishu, who disclose the development on his social media handle said that the teacher was released on Bail, and he has moved on to Re-Open the school.

Today we received information that the suspects have been released on bail and moved to re-open the school and started renovation.
Our intervention team led by Harrison Gwamnishu visited the school and re-sealed the school.
NO RE-OPENING TILL JUSTICE IS SERVED………..
