Sit-at-Home” every Monday, destroy the future of millions of children who need education – Soludo to IPOB

Anambra State Governor, Charles Soludo has urge IPOB memeber enforcing sit-at-home order every Monday to stop it.

In his address on International Children day Celebration, Soludo said that Sit-at-home order destroyed the feature of millions children who need education.

He said:

The colourful march past reminded me of my days as a child, and how we understood life in our innocence. It is the height of cruelty to deny children the right to education and so my message to the criminals enforcing the mindless “Sit-at-Home” every Monday, is that if they have given up on their own future, they shouldn’t destroy the future of millions of children who need education. We will continue to protect the rights of the children through the instrumentallity of the law.

Sit-at-home order begin since the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu was arrested last year and extradited to Nigeria to face charge federal government of Nigeria label against him.

His memeber allegedly order sit-at-home order in other to protest over continue of his detention.

The enforcement later generate into burning Properties and killing of some Igbos who faulted the order.

As a results of much crime, the order later brought to the East, IPOB order cancellation of Sit-at-home.

But despite that, some groups of people has been forcing Igbos to sit-at-home every Monday, those fault this order have their properties burnt, while some were killed by enforcers.

IPOB has in many occasions desociate self from the crimes, but that didn’t stop the papetriate in carrying out the order.
