Report has been trending on social media few days ago now indicating that Late Osinach husband has been sentence to death, the report is false.
The report who has been circulated on social media stated that Nwachukwu the husband of the late singer who allegedly died of domestic abuse, was sentence to death by hanging.
According to Fun Paradise TV, who published the report on it social media handle titled

The Federal Government has filed 23-count charges against Peter Nwachukwu, husband of late popular gospel artist, Osinachi, who died on April 8 after he allegedly assaulted her.
He was charged under sections 104 and 379 of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act, 2015, by the Attorney-General of the Federation.
The defendant was charged with culpable homicide contrary to section 221 of the Penal Code which is punishable with death by hanging.

But he has been charged by the federal government of Nigeria, and if he found guilty, the punishment is death.
