Suspended Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCP, Abba Kyari, has urge the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja not to approve his extradition to the United States of America, USA, to face trial over his alleged involvement with a notorious internet fraudster, Ramon Abbas, popularly known as Hushpuppi.
Kyari who still Claim he was frame up and arrested for because his ability in cracking down notorious criminals in Nigeria said that plan to extradite him to U.S to face fraud related trial case is to punish him.
Kyari is currently in security custody over his involved in drugs related offence.
Before his arrest, he was first indicted by FBI agent on his alleged collaboration with Hushpuppi.
