FCT High Court has awards ₦60 million damage to glory Okolie, Young lady that was unlawfully detained for 248 days by the police.

Glory was sometimes last year arrested by the Police over allegations of be a girlfriend to notorious IPOB memebers.

Nigerian Police allegedly accused Glory of be an informant to IPOB memebers.

The young lady was picked up when she was preparing to write examination.

Many human rights activists, includes Harrison Gwamnishu, Deji Adeyanju, Omoyele Sowore others fight for her freedom, before she finally release after 234 days in detention.

In a Judgment passed today by the High Court sitting in Abuja, Nigerian police are pay Glory sum of ₦60 Millions as damaged over her unlawful detention.
