Late Queen Elizabeth II Reportedly Owned The Largest Clear Cut Diamond In The World Known As ‘The Great Star Of Africa’
The 530 Carats Gem was mined in South Africa back in 1905.
The report has it that the Carats Was reportedly stolen from South Africa. It has an estimated worth of $400 Million. The British claim that it was given to them as a symbol of friendship and peace yet it was during colonialism. The British then replaced the name “The Great Star of Africa” with name of chairman of mine “Thomas Cullinan”.
Till today, African continent Remain the continents blessed with different Natural resources in the world.
Many of the European countries that have the largest of this natural resources store today, didn’t have the source of it origins.
Some of them, such as gold Stolen from African country during colonial eras.
Some such as diamond where Stolen after causing Ethnic Crisis in some African country, example that of Sierra Leone.
And the killing of Mummar Gaddafi of Libya by U.S government where over dozens of Gold store by Gaddafi was stolen till dates.
