In a bid to curb theft in a community located in the outskirts of Benin, Edo State, vigilantes asked a cable th§ef to run with a bike.
It was gathered that the suspect was caught redhanded by vigilantes in the early hours of Wednesday, September 14, stealing electric cables.
The vigilantes ordered the suspect to carry the stolen electric cables on his head and tied him to a moving bike. He was made to run for a long distance as the bike moved.
