Biological fluid also sterilized by heating it with water bath at a temperature of 56ºC for period of one hour. This process required continuous sterilization in a daily interval depending on the important of the material. On a low expose the temperature at this point will importantly increase more than three time of exposure. When the 56ºC of the temperature is increase there is bound to be coagulation. This method is not suitable for a fluid that contain resistant spore, because it has no power of penetrating the spore do to it low temperature.

For sterilization of vaccine the process are achieved through the use of water bath. The vaccine is place in a water bath at a temperature of 60ºC for one hour. Doe to aseptic condition of vaccine preparation, with the stipulated above temperature desire sterilization is achieved. Temperature above 60ºC will destroy the vaccine immunization power and render it powerless.
