Gombe Sate lawmaker Mrs. Rabi Daniel elected under the platform of People Democratic Party (PDP) has been sacked by Appeal Court seating in Jos Plateau State Capital.
According to the report from legi.ng the court has other Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) with immediate effect to present certificate of return to Rambi Iyalah who is the authentic winner of the primary election held last years.
Iyalah was said to have defeated Rabi in the primary election with 25 votes against 24.
