Unknown Gunmen has kidnapped permanent secretary in Taraba State.
The kidnapped come, five days after kidnapping the Deputy Registrar of Taraba State University, Mr Sanusi Sa’ad, by unknown gunmen in the state.
Mrs Susana Jonathan of the State Ministry of Water Resources was reportedly kidnapped in her residence in Jalingo in the early hours of Sunday.
Residents of the area who speak on the incident said gunshots were heard as the gunmen take the permanent secretary away.
Confirming the incident, Commissioner of Police in the state, Alkasim Sanusi, told Chanel television that officers and men of the command are presently in a search operation to rescue her.
The Command also disclosed that they are yet to receive any official report from the family about the incident.
