An Egbura man was killed Yesterday night at about 12:00am to 2:00am by Known kidnapper and his wife kidnapped in Toto Local Government area of Nasarawa state.
The information was made available by Adulaziz who share the picture and the caption, shown bellow in Egbura Koto WhatsApp Groups.
Confirming the incident, Omokoshaban.com put a phone call thorough to Abdulaziz at about 1:00pm 15 of May 2019, which confirmed that the man was killed and the wife kidnapped.
Further investigation reveal that the woman kidnapped is still in the hand of the kidnapper, no information of her were about or even phone call to demand for ransom before she could be set free.
In responding to the incident, in the group, Abuu Sumayya Adam Ibrahim, accused Bassa Kwomu to be behind the attacks.
He question that “Could it be real kidnappers?? because Kidnappers do not kill their victims except a mishap happens”.
He further ask another question of which he said, “Why taking away his wife after killing her husband?”
This are question that need answer that make him accused of the Bassa kwomu to be behind the attack.
After the question, he then called on Egbura Koto elders to “consider this issue critically, and take decisive action against these cancerous bassas living in the surrounding bushes and carrying out guerrilla attacks on our people”.
Ibrahim said, “May Allah grant him eternal bliss. May Allah give his family the fortitude to bear the great loss. Amin.
However, I want us to reflect on this issue a little!
1. Could it be real kidnappers?? because Kidnappers do not kill their victims except a mishap happens.
2. Why taking away his wife after killing her husband?
These questions to me points to something more than just kidnapping. To me, it could be another strategy by the disgruntled bassa elements who have come to execute their sinister plan to kill the egburas as much as possible. They also took away his wife for a bad motive! Which could be TO ENSLAVE her since we all know that part of the problem between us is their claim for being rejected to be married by the egburas, so, if they can take our women and enslave them , and get them pregnant (may Allah forbid this), they would have broken that tabboo of egburas not marrying them…….
The elders must consider this issue critically, and take decisive action against these cancerous bassas living in the surrounding bushes and carrying put guerrilla attacks on our people. Assalamu Alaikum”.
