Noun Student won N1 Million as she emerged first NYEES participation in Abuja

National open university student of Nigeria (NOUN), BOSEDE ALABI, a 500 level student of Public Health in the Faculty of Health Sciences has won N1 million, as she come first among 30 others who participate on the National Youth Entrepreneurship Empowerment Summit (NYEES) in Abuja.

Bosede Alabi was granted with the sum of N1 millionaire check by TONY ELEMELU FOUNDATION for her Creative and Innovative Business Plan for knitted Cotton Wears.

Disclosing the development, NOUN took to the official Facebook page of the school to say, “ONE OF OUR students BOSEDE ALABI, a 500 level student of Public Health in the Faculty of Health Sciences has won a N1million grant from the TONY ELEMELU FOUNDATION for her Creative and Innovative Business Plan for knitted Cotton Wears.
“She is among the first set of students to take GST 301Business Growth (then called Entrepreneurship Studies)
“She won the award after participating at the National Youth Entrepreneurship Empowerment Summit (NYEES)in Abuja. She competed with 30 other participants and emerged one of the 10 winners. Below are Pictures taken with her at the Directorate for Entrepreneurship and General Studies.”
