Bassa Kwomu militias has claimed responsibility of the attacked on Kotonkarfe, and Onzo, Egbura koto communities in kogi Kotonkarfe local government area of Kogi State, were two people was killed and others sustained various degree of injuries on the 23rd of June 2019.
Bassa Kwomu militias claimed the responsibility of the attacks today when, our correspondent put phone called through to the Bassa Kwomu militias leaders, Jimba K. Twin, via his phone number: 07069127800.
In the first place he wanted to denied the attacked, but when our correspondent switch over and started speaking Bassa language with him, he though it was truly bassa by tribe as we claimed, when he pick our called.
When we ask him, why didn’t you called me when you people was going for the attack, Jimba Alhassan said we did not go directly by ourselves, but we hired some guys who carried out the attack.
Jimba K. Twin Alhassan said, “We thanks God they were able to fall two people.”
He further disclosed that, some of the boys hire wear Tiv, from Benue State.
Recalled that omokoshaban.com earlier report on the second of June 2019 that Bassa Kwomu militias disclosed that they are going to to attacks Kotonkarfe according to Jimba K twin Alhassan who disclosed this on his Facebook wall said that, they have done with Toto, so they are coming to Kotonkarfe to put things right because they learn that Bassa Kwomu are marginalised politically in the area.
