As the All Progressives Congress (APC) Kogi state chapters prepare for her upcoming gubernatorial primaries the major political pundits has continue to meet those that matter in the system and to seek their support ahead of the slated primary.
In Kogi Kotonkarfe LGA, the Chief Administrator, Hon. (Barr.) Muhammed Musa Tanko Osuku seem to be in charge as he established a most cordially working relationship with the party executives, delegates and stalwarts over the years, thereby making Kogi LG a no go area for the opposition.
Yesterday, at his residence in Lokoja, the state capita, the capacity Administrator hosted the able LG party Chairman, Alhaji Audu Yusuf Omoko who led 11 ward chairmen and secretaries from 11 electoral ward that make up Kogi LG chapter of the party.
The meeting was on the instance of the Chief Administrator to brainstormed on the need to deliver in the forthcoming governorship primary election slated for this month.
Barr. Muhammed Musa Tanko thanked them for always given him all the necessary support at a time of need like this, assured them that the new direction leadership christened by Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello will continue to accord them the required support they need as usual.
The Chairman reminded the party executives that New Direction Government is a system run by people of impeccable characters whose mission and vision was all about service delivery to the people of the state such as rendering support, reward and serve the people selflessly and hence for the party to reciprocated such support given to them earlier to the Governor reelection bid as a pay back time over his years pragmatic and encompassing leadership style. The Administrator said.
Speaking on behalf of the party, the LG APC Chairman, Alhaji Audu Yusuf Omoko, says the party is most grateful to the Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello over his leadership inclusiveness, say Kogi LG is #GYB_SAK no single missing by the grace of God.
Alhaji Amoko also told the Administrator that they remain that one big family party men and women and will ensure that no single vote will divert as the party under his leadership is OK with the leadership style of the New Direction and the workable Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello.
He Appreciated the Administrator for running an open doors policy administration which has endeared him more to the grassroots. The chairman stated.
