Nigeria army has hands over it officer captain Tinjani Balarabe who ordered the killing of police officers in Taraba State to police.
Balarabe was said to have ordered it men to open fire on the police van who is conveying a notorious kidnapper to the police headquarter in the state, resulting to the killing of 3 policemen and injured others.
Initially army denied the report, stating that the police killed were kidnappers.
