At magistrate court Wuse 2 Abuja’s for the continuations of the tribunal hearing between Shaba Ibrahim house of Representative candidate under the platform of People Democratic Party (PDP) and Hon wambai, of All Progressive Congress (APC), the winner of Kogi KKF/Lokoja constituency house of Representative for 2019 General elections.
The case was address where counsel to wambai and independent national electoral commission (INEC) prays that the case brought by the counsel to Barr. Shaba Ibrahim, be dismissed that the petition was base on over voting.
Responding to the demand, counsel to Barr. Shaba Ibrahim, then brought two authorities to backed his prove, and then counter their point.
After examination the two party case, the court end the case for the day and say both party will be communicated to for the date of final Judgment, which is yet to be announced.
