Invest in education, healthcare and social welfare to ensure Kogi residents are healthy, productive and competitive. The Rescue Mission government will decentralize authority to basic units of responsibility and accountability such as schools and hospitals at all levels by investing them with the authority to spend overheads for effective service delivery.
